Our Vision
Perseverance Life CA was created from a simple truth: when people are given access, compassion, and space to grow in their own way, they rise. True change begins with access and with the ability, and sometimes the gentle guidance, to go within.
Our vision is to create spaces where girls and women can strengthen their foundation, rediscover who they are, and move forward with confidence. We believe growth begins within, through identity, self-worth, and faith in what is still possible. Through mentorship, guided tools, and community partnerships, we help turn reflection into direction and potential into possibility.
Perseverance Life CA exists to remind every woman and girl that she is capable, she belongs, and she can build the life she envisions with grace and purpose.
WHAT WE DO
At Perseverance Life CA, we support girls and young women ages 13 to 18 by helping them build a strong foundation of identity, self trust, and confidence in who they are becoming.
Our work is rooted in mentorship and coaching that introduce thoughtful questions, encourage curiosity, and help young people understand themselves without pressure to have everything figured out.
Through one-on-one guidance, small group spaces, and supported access to real-world experiences, mentors and coaches help girls explore their values, voice, and interests while learning how to engage the world with confidence. We also provide access to opportunities such as internships and community partnerships, allowing young women to apply what they are learning about themselves with consistent support.
We do not provide therapy. Our mentors and coaches focus on forward growth by helping girls build self-trust and a sense of possibility.
